Casa Cactus is an original Canarian style house which the owners have tastefully renovated to a holiday home.
You'll find the house at 650M in the idyllic area of La Punta de Tijarafe in a quiet natural setting with a pleasant climate in summer and winter.
There is a good view over the hillside and the Atlantic Ocean.
From the house you can walk directly into the beautiful nature of the area, to the beach or the city it is only 15-25 minutes drive. A supermarket is at about 5 minutes drive.
 
Casa Cactus has two bedrooms and is suitable up to 3 perons or 2 adults and 1 child.
For the little ones there is a babybed.
 
Accommodation
Casa Cactus has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a total floor area of 54M²
In the living room is a cosy sitting area and the wood stove.
There is SAT TV/radio.
The kitchen has a 2 hob electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils and a beautiful dining area.
One bedroom has double bed with separate mattresses (90x190)and the second bedroom has a single bed.
All mattrasses are of excellent quality.
In the bathroom you'll find a wash basin, shower and WC.
 
From the terrace you have stunning views over the hillside and the Atlantic Ocean.

There are table and chairs, a parasol and sun beds.
There is a barbecue.

 
Area
From the aiport it is about 1 hour drive to Casa Cactus. It is 5 minutes drive to the small village of La Punta where there is a small Spar and 'co-op' supermarket. Slightly further in Tijarafe is a bank, dispensing chemist, a docter, internet café, bars and shops. There is a Kiosco with terrace where you can enjoy the local wine with tapas and an exceleent view. The nearest sandy beaches are in Tazacorte (15 min. drive) and Puerto Naos (25 min. drive) where there are also shops and small supermarkets. Los Llanos is the closest town with it's old streets and squares, shops and supermarkets, and the popular meeting place Plaza de España, and is about 25 minutes drive.
On the main road are 2 restaurants. More restaurants you'll find in the Valley or Puntagorda (north).
The Tijarafe area is crisscrossed with marked walking-paths including a route to the viewpoint Torre del Time, where there is a breathtaking view over the west side of the island and the Valle de Aridane.
